Built for the UAE's exam-driven, multi-curriculum market, it brings A-Levels, IB, British, American and CBSE tutoring into one booking platform, for every grade from nursery to Grade 13.

The platform is a two-sided marketplace. Parents and students search and book verified tutors by curriculum, subject and grade; tutors manage their profiles, availability and live sessions. A 100% satisfaction guarantee — lesson completion or tutor replacement — sits at the core of the promise.
Today the marketplace spans 100+ subjects across mathematics, the sciences, languages and specialised exam prep, with multi-currency support (AED, USD, SAR, INR and more) for an international, Gulf-centred audience.
A full-team, build-from-zero engagement
Hello World Technologies built TheTutor.Me end to end. There was no platform and no users when we started, only a product vision. We embedded a complete product team of 40 specialists: a project manager, frontend and backend engineers and QA, supported by dedicated HR for team operations.
We delivered the MVP within a one-year engagement, took it to launch, and then transitioned into a dedicated support team that has carried the product forward, handling enhancements, fixes and scaling work as the user base grew.

TheTutor.Me had to be conceived and built from nothing, not a single app but a complete two-sided ecosystem connecting students, tutors and administrators, engineered to scale from the first sign-up.
It had to handle the messy realities of real tutoring: multiple curricula and grade levels, timezone-spanning scheduling, secure multi-currency payments, and a trust model strong enough to back a satisfaction guarantee. Every core system had to be designed from scratch.
And it had to ship as a launchable MVP within a year, then be supported and scaled as adoption grew across the UAE and beyond.

Solution and result
We ran the engagement as the client's entire product department. Our project manager, Rashid, owned delivery while frontend and backend engineers built the student, tutor and admin experiences in parallel, and QA validated every release before it shipped.
